Blown Insulation

Blown insulation is small, loose fragments of insulation that are sprayed into an area using compressed air, allowing for open space to be filled quickly and efficiently. There are two main types of blown insulation. The first consists of fiberglass, and the second is an organic cellulose composition. Typically, blown insulation is used primarily for attics and wall spaces. The R-value will depend on the thickness.
